Political Asylum Lawyers, a Houston-based immigration law firm, seeks a bilingual English/Spanish coordinator located in Argentina to manage client communications, schedule case documents, and support case workflows. You will interact daily with clients, follow SOPs, and coordinate with attorneys and staff while maintaining high standards in a fast-growing environment.

You must be fluent in Spanish and English, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing policies to deliver excellent

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience preparing immigration applications preferred but not required.
• Commitment to helping immigrants secure a future in the United States through asylum.
• Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems/procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and able to communicate with clients under significant stress.
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s main client contact in English and Spanish.
• Send emails and make calls to respond to inquiries and gather documents.
• Keep case development on track by following established workflows.
• Proactively communicate with teammates about issues to keep cases moving forward.
• Master SOPs for managing cases and working with clients.
• Maintain quiet workspace with fast internet and self-discipline.
• Be flexible as tasks evolve to deliver the best client experience.
