Avenga in Córdoba is seeking a Middle Business Analyst to drive the ANSES module implementation within Bantotal Core Banking. You will bridge business stakeholders, operations, ANSES, and tech teams to ensure pension, retirement, and social security processes are correctly configured and integrated.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial‑institution BA roles, strong SQL, and experience with Core Banking transformations.

Formación

• 3+ years as Business Analyst within financial institutions.
• Experience with Core Banking implementation, migration or transformation.
• Experience with ANSES, pensions or social security processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specs.
• SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for project delivery.
• Experience SIT/UAT testing and validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communicational skills.
• Intermediate English or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, document, and optimize AS-IS and TO-BE ANSES processes.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional specs for devs.
• Participate in configuration of Bantotal ANSES module.
• Define and validate pension-related business rules.
• Coordinate integrations between ANSES, Core Banking, and payment platforms.
• Support beneficiary and account migrations during implementation.
• Design and coordinate SIT/UAT testing.
• Identify root causes and drive issue resolution post go-live.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare functional docs, user manuals, and training materials.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, operations, and business teams.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and regulatory standards.
