Werben Hr is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design and implement scalable services. You will lead development efforts, guide team members, and propose architectural solutions for new components in our product.

You will work across the full software lifecycle, from requirements to release, and collaborate with open source projects and speak at key conferences, establishing a technical reference within and beyond the company.

Formación

• 3+ years of Go development experience.
• 4+ years leading development teams.
• Experience with microservices and APIs.
• Distributed systems experience.
• Knowledge of OOP, SOLID, design patterns.
• Dev best practices knowledge.
• Experience with No-SQL DBs like MongoDB.
• Containerization with Docker; Kubernetes experience a plus.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades
