Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Data Scientist in Argentina to advance applied AI and GenAI initiatives. You will work with senior researchers on infrastructure and tooling to democratize AI, building practical tools and contributing to open-source projects.

The role is hands-on with modern AI tech, including RAG pipelines, PyTorch-based training, and scalable Python libraries, in a remote, full-time setting.

Formación

• Strong Python development skills with good coding practices.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and math.
• Experience with PyTorch and neural-network training is desirable.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or IS.

Responsabilidades

• Build RAG pipelines on internal documentation and knowledge bases.
• Develop Python libraries leveraging AWS to enable GenAI capabilities for large enterprises.
• Build and contribute to open-source internal tools.
• Implement neural-network architectures inspired by published research.
• Work with fine-tuned models, vector databases, embeddings, and GenAI infra.
• Create realistic simulations to support AI agent training.
• Design automated tools to prevent overfitting, vanishing gradients, and dead ReLUs.
• Develop visualizations to help teams understand model behavior and performance.
