Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the local entity. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, and audit support, coordinating with external accounting firms to ensure accurate reporting.

This role offers a flexible schedule and home-based option, with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and working with cross-functional teams in a multinational CRO

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledgers consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks involving other Foreign entities.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
