Job summary

Indero is a Montreal-based contract research organization (CRO) focused on dermatology. The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity, including reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, 3+ years of experience, and intermediate to advanced English. It offers a flexible schedule and a home-based position with confidentiality and multinational exposure.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting

*** This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, part time ***

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
