Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role involves assisting with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms.

As an Accounting Clerk, you will liaise with external auditors, monitor tax withholdings, and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support timely payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist with the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
