Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for its Argentina entity. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation.

You will liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance, support month-end and year-end closing, track tax deadlines, and help with audits, all while enjoying a flexible, home-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
