Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage outstanding balances and strengthen relationships with clients. You will resolve payment issues, focus on aged accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to drive timely payments while supporting our financial health.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B collections, solid Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment within a global telehealth leader.

Formación

• 1–3 years’ experience in business-to-business collections.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of debits, credits and account reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve payment issues and focus on aged accounts.
• Reconcile open/closed invoices and explain amounts due.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Lead calls with customers and internal teams to determine action plans.
