Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a Cash Applications Analyst I for Argentina. The role handles payment processing from multiple sources, reconciliations, and accurate posting of cash receipts. You will collaborate with Billing, Collections, and Finance to support AR performance and month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in cash application or AR, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Exposure to ERP systems and SOX controls is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Experience in cash application and accounts receivable processes.
Ability to research and resolve discrepancies in payment data.
Familiarity with SOX controls and internal accounting policies.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Apply customer payments accurately from checks, ACH, wires, and cards.
Research unapplied/misapplied cash and resolve with invoices and remittance details.
Review remittance docs to ensure correct allocation of payments.
Escalate complex issues and communicate findings to teams.
Support month-end close and cash application deadlines.
Maintain accurate records in ERP and cash posting systems.
