Aquiva and Hapi in Buenos Aires is seeking an AI-native Senior Salesforce Engineer to own end‑to‑end Salesforce app delivery, from requirements through production, using agentic coding tools daily. You will own features, collaborate with clients, and ensure high-quality releases with robust tests.

• Daily AI tooling is part of your workflow and you can demonstrate a real example.

We are looking for an AI-native Senior Salesforce Engineer: someone who already builds with agentic tools every day and has the judgment to know when their output is good and when it isn't.

You will join a small-to-medium, highly efficient team that owns a client engagement from requirements through production, with AI tooling running through every stage. You will own features, from clarifying requirements with the client to shipping the release, on whatever cadence the engagement runs.

This is not a role where AI is a side experiment. Agentic coding is how we work, and we expect you to arrive with your own workflow, your own opinions about it, and the ability to raise the bar for the rest of the team.

We're hiring now in these locations: Argentina, Uruguay, and Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Augmented Development: Use agentic coding tools as your standard method of software development. Review, correct, and take full ownership of what they produce; the code ships under your name.
• Salesforce Application Development: Design and develop applications on the Salesforce platform as a senior developer.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Operate as the technical voice in the room, interfacing directly with customers to understand their challenges and deliver solutions that fit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the business-oriented roles to clarify user stories and requirements and align on business objectives.
• Code Quality Assurance: Own the test suite. AI will assist you, and you will decide whether it covers the cases that matter, write the ones it missed, and hold standards.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Required:

• Daily AI Tooling Practice: Cursor, Claude Code, custom agents, or an equivalent stack, already in your daily workflow. Be ready to walk us through a real example: what you delegated, what you rejected, and how you validated the result.
• Extensive Salesforce Development Experience: Strong track record of building complex applications on the Salesforce platform, in production, with real users and knowledge of best practices and software design patterns.
• Judgment Over Agentic Output: Ability to spot when a generated solution is wrong, unsafe, or over-engineered, and to fix it fast.
• English: B2 or above. You will work in English daily. You need to follow a fast-paced discussion and make yourself understood without rehearsing.
• Strong Testing Practices: Experience writing and maintaining unit tests that keep code reliable through frequent releases.
• Effective Communication Skills: Able to explain a technical trade-off to a product stakeholder who does not write code.
