Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician (DCT) Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region, covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania. You will build and sustain a world-class DCT pool, deeply understanding what makes a great datacenter technician, and recruit across multiple facilities with a focus on hands-on competency.

You will manage technical interviews, qualification verification, onboarding, and ongoing performance tracking to ensure top-tier technicians

Qualifications

3+ years in recruiting or staffing, with DCT pool experience.
Ability to conduct technical interviews for datacenter skills.
Knowledge of DC infrastructure and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in the APAC region.
Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills, not just resume keywords.
Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score.
Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria.
Coordinate onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.
Track DCT performance after deployment — build a feedback loop with the operations team.
Continuously expand our DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in your region.
Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies where we use them.
Maintain our DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings.
