Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician (DCT) Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region, covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania. You will build and maintain a world-class DCT pool across facilities, ensuring candidates meet hands-on DC requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or team staffing experience (managing a DCT pool counts).
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills.
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, environmental monitoring.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented — managing a regional DCT database requires precision.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in the APAC region.
• Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills, not just resume keywords.
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score.
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history.
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training.
• Track DCT performance after deployment — build a feedback loop with the operations team.
• Continuously expand our DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in your region.
• Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies where we use them.
• Maintain our DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings.
