GE HealthCare is seeking a Digital Analytics Leader to act as analytics business partner for a key commercial area of its global marketing organization. You translate stakeholder needs into KPIs, own the analytics product roadmap and drive adoption, focusing on what gets built rather than hands-on development.

You will lead workshops, define requirements, monitor usage and value, and align delivery with business priorities across regions.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in marketing analytics or BI with business partner responsibilities.
• End-to-end ownership of an analytics or reporting product; able to shape requirements and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders and defines KPIs and acceptance criteria.
• Owns analytics portfolio roadmap, backlog, milestones, and governance.
• Leads workshops, reviews, demonstrations, testing, and adoption activities.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and ensures business value after release.
