BM Global Services Buenos Aires seeks an experienced AML/KYC Team Lead to lead and develop a high-performing team. This role blends AML/KYC expertise with people leadership to shape team success and business outcomes.

You will coach, guide, and motivate team members, ensure adherence to compliance requirements, and collaborate with Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive excellence.

Formación

• Proven experience leading and developing teams; passion for people leadership.
• Experience in AML/KYC and compliance environments.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF, sanctions, and financial crime regulations.
• Advanced English skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of AML/KYC professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Support growth and development of team members through regular feedback, mentoring, and career development conversations.
• Create an engaging work environment that encourages accountability, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
• Set priorities, manage workloads, and ensure the team delivers high-quality results while meeting business and compliance requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex AML/KYC cases, applying sound judgment and technical expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, quality standards, and operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams.
• Contribute to evolving policies, procedures, and best practices with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions, and financial crime regulations (mandatory).

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to motivate others, navigate change, and lead with empathy and accountability.
• Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments.
