Dialpad is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI Transformation in Buenos Aires to anchor the AI Transformation team. You will set engineering standards, guide teams through complex challenges, and own the technical quality of shipped AI systems.

Formación

• 8+ years in software, ML, or AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems in production.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Strong Python skills for production-grade code.
• Experience mentoring engineers or analysts.
• Solid AI evaluation and feedback loop design.
• Cloud experience, preferably GCP, and full-stack deployment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Set engineering standards, architecture decisions, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design and implement AI-powered systems: agents, RAG pipelines, automations.
• Upskill analysts and junior engineers, raising technical depth.
• Own tooling decisions across models, orchestration, and infra patterns.
• Contribute hands-on coding when necessary to solve hard problems.
• Translate business problems into clear technical specs for the team.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Sales, CX, Finance, and Operations to deliver AI solutions.
• Define and improve AI evaluation practices to ship trustworthy systems.
• Shape the technical roadmap with the AI Transformation Manager.
• Address technical debt proactively to maintain reliability.
