Dialpad is seeking an AI Transformation Analyst (P3) in Argentina to design, build, and own AI-powered products that improve how Dialpad's internal teams operate. You will lead complex engineering initiatives, architect scalable backend services, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product, analytics, and business teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, and deployment, with overlap to global engineering teams for collaboration and architecture discussions.

Formación

• 5+ years in software or ML engineering or similar technical role.
• Strong Python and production system experience.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompting, and AI architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying RAG systems with embeddings and retrieval.
• Building agentic workflows with LangGraph/LangChain or similar.
• Experience integrating external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Strong software practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, production deployments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and containerized apps.
• Strong debugging and independent project management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own AI powered products for internal teams.
• Lead complex AI initiatives from discovery to deployment.
• Architect backend services, APIs, and retrieval systems.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of AI apps.
• Define engineering standards and reusable components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate problems into AI solutions.
• Evaluate new models/frameworks and promote adoption.
• Build evaluation frameworks and automated testing for LLMs.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Participate in planning, reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive improvements in engineering processes and documentation.
