PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks an AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate to lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives, build alliances, and drive revenue growth within Internal Firm Services. You will mentor junior staff, analyze complex problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with PwC's strategy across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AI governance, risk, and compliance programs across the organization
• Collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure the responsible adoption and deployment of emerging AI solutions
• Conducting AI risk assessments and evaluating controls to promote trusted, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies
• Contributing to the deployment and governance of innovative AI tools, including generative AI solutions and enterprise AI platforms
• Maintaining risk registers, issue tracking, and governance documentation to support effective decision-making and regulatory readiness
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance processes, operational efficiency, and risk management capabilities
