PwC Argentina Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks an AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate to shape and execute strategic AI governance, risk and compliance programs across the organization. You will drive market research, digital marketing initiatives, and alliance-building to grow revenue and brand visibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. You will be instrumental in building relationships with key Alliance executives to complement PwC's strategy and deliver multi-competency programs that address clients' most critical business issues.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will build meaningful stakeholder connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. Your role involves mentoring Associates and other junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AI governance, risk, and compliance programs across the organization
• Collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure the responsible adoption and deployment of emerging AI solutions
• Conducting AI risk assessments and evaluating controls to promote trusted, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies
• Contributing to the deployment and governance of innovative AI tools, including generative AI solutions and enterprise AI platforms
• Maintaining risk registers, issue tracking, and governance documentation to support effective decision-making and regulatory readinessDriving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance processes, operational efficiency, and risk management capabilities

What you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
