PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks an AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate to help shape governance, risk, and compliance programs across the organization. You’ll collaborate with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure responsible adoption of AI and to drive governance enhancements.

In this role you will conduct AI risk assessments, maintain governance documentation, mentor junior staff, and contribute to multi‑jurisdictional programs that support regulatory readiness and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Evidence of 2+ years in similar roles.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support AI governance, risk, and compliance programs across the organization.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and evaluate controls for secure AI use.
• Contribute to deployment and governance of AI tools and platforms.
• Maintain risk registers, issue tracking, and governance docs.
• Drive continuous improvements in governance processes and risk management.
