PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking an AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate to drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives, build client relationships, and deliver multi-competency programs across the advisory, assurance, tax and business services units.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to PwC's strategy while shaping AI governance and risk management for diverse clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance AI governance, risk, and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and evaluate controls for secure, compliant AI use.

• Maintain risk registers, issue tracking, and governance docs; support regulatory readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes and risks management.

As an AI Risk & Compliance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. You will be instrumental in building relationships with key Alliance executives to complement PwC's strategy and deliver multi‑competency programs that address clients' most critical business issues.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will build meaningful stakeholder connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. Your role involves mentoring Associates and other junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• - Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AI governance, risk, and compliance programs across the organization
• -Collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure the responsible adoption and deployment of emerging AI solutions
• -Conducting AI risk assessments and evaluating controls to promote trusted, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies
• -Contributing to the deployment and governance of innovative AI tools, including generative AI solutions and enterprise AI platforms
• -Maintaining risk registers, issue tracking, and governance documentation to support effective decision-making and regulatory readiness
• -Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance processes, operational efficiency, and risk management capabilities

What you must have

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
• - At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
