JetBridge AI is seeking a technically minded leader to run our recruiting team, interview engineers, and help build AI-powered hiring tools used by top developers. You’ll stay hands-on while coaching others and shaping processes.

You don’t need recruiting experience—we’ll teach you the business side. This is a fully remote contractor role with US Eastern hours, offering strong growth as you grow into leadership.

Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience in TS/React/Node.js/Python.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Drive to follow up with people and push decisions forward.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our recruiting team and keep roles moving.
• Interview candidates and judge technical ability.
• Talk engineer to engineer with clients (CTOs/tech leads).
• Build AI recruiting tools to help find, screen, and match engineers.
