IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive delivery quality and efficiency across global projects, with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to oversee deliverables, manage resources, and ensure compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs.

You will lead a team of CRAs and monitoring staff, develop analytics strategies, monitor study metrics, and contribute to RBM tool development while coaching junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Manage resources: CRAs, Central Monitors, and study staff.
• Analyze study/site metrics and implement action plans.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools.
• Support monitoring strategy, thresholds, and study team meetings.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
• Mentor junior staff.
