Job summary

Superside is seeking a visionary Creative Director with a strong focus on AI to lead a globally distributed team of creatives, delivering innovative work across branding, landing pages, ad and social creative, print design, presentation design, and more.

As Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision across customer accounts, mentor talent, and partner with Directors to elevate output while integrating Generative AI into workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative leadership roles, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced teams.
• Strong portfolio across branding, presentations, and ad creative with AI-enhanced work.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality creative output.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for key accounts across brands and campaigns.
• Present concepts to clients and provide clear rationale and recommendations.
• Mentor and direct talent across disciplines to elevate output and quality.
• Drive integration of Generative AI tools to enhance ideation and design workflows.
