AI-Native Marketing Agency is seeking a Growth Strategist to own client accounts from onboarding through ongoing optimization. You will craft brand messaging, draft content in Claude, and directly manage SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad account structure.

You will build Claude workflows, standardize processes, and ensure tone and trust in communications for med spa and senior living clients. Remote LATAM roles with US Central time alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience for clients, at an agency or your own practice.
• Experience owning accounts end-to-end from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
• Proficiency with conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, and site launches.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new accounts and set up site, tracking, and channels.
• Verify that conversion tracking reflects real bookings before budget changes.
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with direct management of ad accounts.
• Structure multi-location accounts so metrics read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Convert repeat tasks into Claude workflows used by the team.
