EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive cross-functional operations and ensure delivery excellence in a globally connected environment.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, own incident management processes, and champion Agile practices using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. This role offers exposure to diverse teams and opportunities to influence service standards and automation.

Formación

• At least 7+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies.
• Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Copilot or Agentic AI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and align operations with business needs.
• Maintain service standards, ensure compliance with change processes, and help enforce operational best practices.
• Proactively monitor and manage service specific components.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously
• Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions.
• Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution.
