QualityAI in Argentina is seeking an ADT Manual Tester to join our growing team. You will conduct manual testing across applications, write and execute test scripts, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers in an agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in functional manual testing, experience with AI prompts, and the ability to handle context-switching across projects. This role offers a dynamic, global-quality engineering culture with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Functional Manual Testing.
• Experience using AI prompts to validate agent outputs.
• Experience testing multiple applications within the same project/client (context-switching).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute test scripts based on User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Identify and document defects and retest after fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and PMs for timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to protect existing functionality.
• Create and maintain test documentation (plans, scripts, reports).
• Accelerate onboarding to business knowledge.
• Contribute to testing process improvements and methodologies.
• Test edge cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Clarify requirements with product owners and analysts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement).
• Locate test data and manage data creation/modification.
• Back-end data driven testing.
