Job summary

Deel is seeking a hands-on digital marketing account manager for a remote LATAM contractor role. You own client accounts end to end, drafting brand messaging in Claude and running SEO, social, and paid media across multi-location clients such as med spas and senior living facilities.

You will onboard new accounts, verify conversion tracking, build Claude workflows, and structure location accounts for clear reporting. Fluency in English and 5+ years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients, agency or own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or launching sites.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; a project built with Claude.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get the site, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's numbers read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows used by the team.
• Join client calls across time zones.
