Job summary

Deel is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead multi-location client accounts from onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will own brand messaging, SEO, social, and paid media, drafting in Claude and ensuring edits meet client standards.

The role emphasizes building repeatable Claude workflows, coordinating across time zones, and delivering clear location-level performance insights for healthcare and other regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, agency or independent.
• Strong conversion tracking, tagging, and ad account setup experience.
• Experience writing brand messaging and client updates.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Ability to manage several client accounts across multiple locations.
• Comfort building processes and workflows with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites and channels live within two weeks.
• Own SEO, social, and paid media campaigns end-to-end, including tracking and budgets.
• Write brand messaging and location pages; draft in Claude and edit for clients.
• Structure multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Develop Claude-based workflows and documentation for the team.
• Join client calls across time zones.
