Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager for a fully remote contractor role serving LATAM-based clients and US/EU time zones. You will own accounts end-to-end, craft brand messaging in Claude, and directly run SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad structure.

You will build Claude workflows, standardize processes, and edit all drafts for tone and trust across med spas, aesthetics, and healthcare clients while coordinating across time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple client accounts.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking and ad account structure.
• Proficient in Claude and related tools.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.
• Experience managing multi-location accounts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get the site, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's numbers read clearly, then compare cost per booked appointment and shift budget.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows the team uses every week.
• Join client calls, including some in other time zones.
