Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a senior frontend‑leaning engineer to own end‑to‑end product surfaces, including UI, APIs, and data flows. You will ship AI‑powered features, improve performance, and collaborate across backend and frontend teams for scalable software in production.

You’ll work in a remote role with worldwide eligibility, using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vite, and Tailwind to deliver delightful experiences for millions of YouTube creators.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• You're strongest on the frontend, but you're comfortable on the backend.
• You can design an API, write server-side code, work with databases, and debug problems that cross the client-server boundary.
• You're self-driven and capable of making decisions with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end to end. You'll set direction, track performance, and decide what to improve next.
• Work across the stack—build and change backend APIs, services, and data flows when needed.
• Drive your own roadmap by turning feedback and data into proposals and collaborating with product and design.
• Build AI-powered product experiences, integrating model outputs and ensuring robust UX.
