Rad Hires is seeking an AI Champion & Innovation Lead in Buenos Aires. This hands-on role guides AI adoption across the agency, teaching teams to build their own tools rather than delivering finished agents, and aligns tools with business needs.

Initially focused on internal adoption with future potential for product and service innovation, you will work across commercial, tech, design, and data teams to raise capabilities and impact.

Formación

• Hands-on fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and a practical mindset.
• Strong ability to teach colleagues to build and adapt their own tools.
• Clear, proactive communication and curiosity to explore new ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Assess how AI is used across the agency and define team-specific tools and methods.
• Act as a company-wide resource to apply AI in workflows across departments.
• Identify and develop AI champions in each department to extend adoption.
• Prioritize teaching over building finished agents; enable autonomous tool creation.
• Automate repetitive processes where applicable.
• Move toward broader innovation and client-facing opportunities as role matures.
