McKinsey & Company in Argentina seeks a senior PM/IT leader to drive AI-enabled product delivery across client engagements. You will lead workshops, translate client needs into technical requirements, and guide adoption of agents and workflows.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage risk, and build reusable delivery patterns while traveling to client sites as needed.
Formación
- Master’s degree required; an MBA is considered a plus.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
- Proven PM experience with cloud/SaaS or AI-enabled products.
Responsabilidades
- Lead workshops and working sessions with clients and teams.
- Define scope, sequence delivery, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
- Contribute to solution design, configuration, and code when needed.
- Coordinate onboarding and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
- Build reusable delivery patterns, tools, and playbooks.
