Trafigura through Puma Energy seeks a Territory Manager to grow the agricultural segment of our wholesale diesel business, overseeing distributors and applying commercial policies to drive performance.

The role involves field visits to Puma-branded sites, relationship management, pricing promotions, and training dealers to ensure service standards while monitoring KPIs across the territory.

Formación

• Degree or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Availability to travel within the country.
• Valid driver's license (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Visit Puma-branded businesses to assess facilities and service levels against standards.
• Manage customer relationships end-to-end: commercial advice, account control, and complaint resolution.
• Assess territory via surveys to identify development potential and maximize returns.
• Recommend price adjustments, discounts and promotions to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor collections and support risk management to minimize overdue payments.
• Coordinate rebranding and implementation across portfolio businesses.
• Train agri-dealer staff on product knowledge to build effective teams.
• Build relationships with regional players to understand market movements.
