Statiq is seeking an Ad Concept Specialist to shape the creative thinking behind high-performing Meta campaigns. You’ll research ads, identify trends, and turn performance insights into new concepts.
You’ll collaborate with designers and client leads, balance creative instinct with data-driven decisions, and help develop strategy presentations and testing roadmaps in a fast-moving environment.
Are you the kind of person who sees an ad and immediately starts thinking about why it works, what makes people stop scrolling, and how the concept could be even stronger?
At Statiq, we’re looking for an Ad Concept Specialist to join our team and help shape the creative thinking behind high-performing Meta campaigns.
This is a role for someone who loves the intersection of creativity, advertising, consumer behavior, and performance. You’ll research ads and creative trends, identify patterns and opportunities, turn performance insights into new concepts, and help answer one of the most important questions for our clients:
You’re naturally creative and curious. You pay attention to advertising, culture, visuals, storytelling, and what makes an idea connect with people.
You’re also comfortable looking at performance data and using it to make better creative decisions. You can move between creative thinking and analytical thinking without losing sight of either.
You communicate ideas clearly, enjoy experimenting, are comfortable with AI tools, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Your background could be in creative strategy, advertising, paid social, growth marketing, performance marketing, or another creative discipline — but more than anything, we’re interested in how you think, create, and develop ideas.
This is not a graphic design, media buying, account management, or production role. You’ll own the concepts, insights, and strategic recommendations behind the work.
If you’re excited by the idea of combining creative instinct with performance insights to develop advertising people actually want to pay attention to, we’d love to hear from you.
