The role emphasizes data quality, insights for planning, and collaboration with Pricing and Reserving teams to drive process improvements using AI-enabled analytics.

Formación

• Advanced Excel skills required for complex data modeling and automation.
• Strong English proficiency for global collaboration and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics to support business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, maintain, and enhance actuarial and experience reporting deliverables for Argentina and the Andean region.
• Analyze portfolio performance, claims experience, profitability, and key business indicators to identify trends.
• Support actuarial studies used for business planning and decision-making.
• Validate data quality and ensure integrity of reporting outputs.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and management materials for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Reserving teams on analytical initiatives.
