A strong emphasis on automation, reporting optimization, and scalable processes will drive efficiency and quality improvements. Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI, SQL, and strong English

About the Role We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and continuous improvement-oriented professional to join our Actuarial team. This position plays a key role in supporting and delivering Experience Reporting activities for Argentina and the Andean region. The role is responsible for producing, analyzing, and enhancing actuarial experience studies that support business insights, assumption setting, portfolio monitoring, and decision-making processes. In addition to core actuarial responsibilities, the position will have a strong focus on automation, reporting optimization, and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and improving reporting quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and enhance periodic actuarial and experience reporting deliverables for multiple clients and lines of business using Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Analyze portfolio performance, claims experience, profitability, and key business indicators to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Support actuarial studies and analyses used for business planning and decision-making.
• Validate data quality, reconcile information sources, and ensure the integrity and consistency of actuarial reporting outputs.
• Develop ad hoc analyses, presentations, and management materials to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner closely with Pricing and Reserving teams on analytical initiatives and actuarial projects.
• Drive process automation and reporting optimization initiatives by leveraging analytics, AI, and digital tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced student or graduate in Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience or interest in automation, reporting optimization, data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
