The Epta Group is seeking a Collections Specialist in Rosario, Argentina to manage invoicing, credit control, and receivables while maintaining strong client relationships. The role supports accurate financial records and timely payments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2–4 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and English preferred. The company offers remote work where possible, flexible hours, and training through Epta Academy.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge in invoicing.
• Collect payments from customers while maintaining positive relationships.
• Execute credit control activities and monitor customer payment behaviour.
• Monitor overdue receivables via aging reports to identify past-due balances.
• Manage client portals.
• Review uncleared items to identify discrepancies and resolve balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Create and present collections reports to management.
• Contact clients by phone/email to notify delays and request payment.

Responsibilities

• - Knowledge in Invoicing
• - Collection to customers while maintaining positive customer relationship
• - Execute credit control activities, including monitoring customer payment behaviour
• - Monitor and manage overdue receivables by conducting regular reviews of aging reports to identify past-due balances.
• - Manage of portals of clients
• - Perform periodic reviews of uncleared items to identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances
• - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts to ensure accurate financial records and timely recovery of outstanding amounts
• - Create and present reports on collection to management
• - Contact clients via phone, e-mail to inform them delays in payment and solicit payment

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• - 2 - 4 years of experience in similar position
• - Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• - Detail oriented
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SAP
• - English preferred
