IMSA, part of the Ferring Pharmaceuticals group, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Saavedra, Buenos Aires. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and has experience in invoicing, PO matching, and supplier support.

You will review documents, process invoices, participate in monthly closings, and collaborate with Purchasing, Treasury, Accounting, and Costs to resolve issues.

Formación

• Degree completed or in final stage in Accounting/Business Administration.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• ERP / SAP knowledge desirable.
• Proven command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Review documentation, match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, and confirm receipt of goods and services.
• Enter and process invoices in the management system; support suppliers and internal customers and assist with audits.
• Analyze and reconcile supplier current accounts.
• Keep documents organized and up to date, in physical or digital format.
• Prepare payment batches.
• Analyze price differences.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Treasury, Accounting, and Costs to resolve issues.
• Participate in monthly accounting closings.

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional, or a student in the final stage of their degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, to join our Accounts Payable team as an Analyst. Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Your day at IMSA

Review documentation, match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, and confirm receipt of goods and services.

Enter and process invoices in the management system. Support suppliers and internal customers and assist with audits.

Analyze and reconcile supplier current accounts.

Keep documents organized and up to date, either in physical or digital format.

Prepare payment batches.

Analyze price differences.

Coordinate with other areas, such as Purchasing, Treasury, Accounting, and Costs, to resolve issues.

Participate in monthly accounting closings.

Requirements

• Degree completed or in the final stage of studies in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ERP / SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven command of English.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Hybrid work model.

Work location: Saavedra, Buenos Aires.
