IMSA, part of the Ferring Pharmaceuticals group, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires. You will review invoices, match them to POs and delivery notes, and ensure accurate payment processing while supporting suppliers and internal customers.

The role requires final-stage accounting studies or degree completion, strong Excel skills, and good English. Hybrid work from Saavedra, Buenos Aires, with a focus on closing monthly accounts and cross-functional

Job Description

At IMSA, part of the Ferring Pharmaceuticals group, we help people around the world build families and live better lives. We are looking for a professional, or a student in the final stage of their degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, to join our Accounts Payable team as an Analyst. Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Your day at IMSA includes reviewing documentation, matching invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, and confirming receipt of goods and services. Enter and process invoices in the management system. Support suppliers and internal customers and assist with audits. Analyze and reconcile supplier current accounts. Keep documents organized and up to date, either in physical or digital format. Prepare payment batches. Analyze price differences. Coordinate with other areas, such as Purchasing, Treasury, Accounting, and Costs, to resolve issues. Participate in monthly accounting closings.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree completed or in the final stage of studies in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


• ERP / SAP knowledge is desirable.


• Advanced Excel skills.


• Proven command of English.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Hybrid work model.
