bioMérieux is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support the LATAM Shared Service Center. You will process vendor invoices, manage master data, and assist with monthly closing across multiple Latin American countries in a dynamic, multinational finance team.

The role requires 1–3 years in AP, SAP and Excel proficiency, and advanced English. Hybrid work model with on-site and remote days, offering growth in a global diagnostics company.

Formación

• Accounting, business, economics or finance degree or student.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance function.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel; English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Process and record vendor invoices and expense reports according to policies and local regulations.
• Manage vendor master data, reconciliations and payment execution for multiple LATAM countries.
• Participate in monthly closing, analysis and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to resolve AP inquiries and issues.
• Provide training and maintain process documentation for new team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for process optimization.

Location: Olivos, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid Work Model: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 hs to 18:00 hs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices and expense reports in compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Manage vendor master data, account reconciliations, and payment execution for multiple countries across Latin America.
• Actively participate in monthly closing activities, financial analysis, and periodic reporting.
• Collaborate with local teams and internal stakeholders to resolve Accounts Payable inquiries and operational issues.
• Provide support and training to new team members while maintaining process documentation and procedures up to date.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects focused on process optimization and operational excellence.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or similar finance-related functions.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (mandatory), with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in a professional environment and participate in English-speaking meetings and conversations.
