IMSA, part of the Ferring Pharmaceuticals group, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Saavedra, Buenos Aires. This hybrid role requires completing or nearing a degree in Accounting or related fields, with prior AP experience and SAP/Excel proficiency.

You will review invoices, process payments, reconcile accounts, support audits, and collaborate with Purchasing, Treasury and Costs to ensure accurate monthly closings.

Formación

• Degree completed or in final stage of studies in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ERP / SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Proven command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Review documentation, match invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, and confirm receipt of goods and services.
• Enter and process invoices in the management system. Support suppliers and internal customers and assist with audits.
• Analyze and reconcile supplier current accounts.
• Keep documents organized and up to date, either in physical or digital format.
• Prepare payment batches.
• Analyze price differences.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Treasury, Accounting, and Costs to resolve issues.
• Participate in monthly accounting closings.
