Curvion Blue is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the accounting function across multiple assigned clients in a fast-paced, multi-company environment. You will lead day-to-day accounting activities, supervise Staff Accountants, and partner with Controllers to ensure accurate financial information.

The role emphasizes strong GAAP-based accrual accounting, month-end close ownership, and proactive process improvement.

Formación

• Experience managing accounting for multiple companies or clients simultaneously (required).
• Background in fractional/outsourced accounting and CAS is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP-based accrual accounting.
• Proven ability to own month-end close and financial statement prep.
• Experience coaching Staff Accountants and developing accounting personnel.
• Excellent organization, time management, and deadline prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accounting function for assigned client accounts across multiple entities.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial records; perform full-cycle accounting.
• Review financial statements and journal entries prepared by Staff Accountants.
• Lead the month-end close for multiple clients and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Mentor and develop Staff Accountants; support performance management.
• Ensure KPIs and financial notes align with underlying data and disclosures.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to Controllers and stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial information.
