Vive Health, a fast-growing U.S.-based company, seeks an experienced Accounting Analyst to transform complex financial transactions into actionable insights and bridge traditional accounting with strategic management reporting. You will deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, perform variance analyses, and support executive decision-making with data-driven dashboards.

Candidates should have 4–6 years in accounting, strong Excel and ERP experience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (Odoo, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Ability to translate metrics into executive dashboards and narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
• Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
• Translate accounting metrics into executive-ready dashboards and briefs.
• Perform month-end and year-end close tasks, including accruals and GL validation.
• Implement reporting automation to streamline data collection.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX framework.
