Monks is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide detailed financial planning and analysis, driving strategic insight for business decisions. You will forecast, monitor budgets, and deliver analytics using PowerBI/Tableau and ERP systems.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial strategies, streamline payroll, budgets, and cost management, and contribute to data-driven improvements across the organization.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau and ERP systems (NetSuite, BigQuery, Snowflake, MySQL).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent English (B2+) or higher.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, and financial strategy development.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with PowerBI/Tableau and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, BigQuery, Snowflake, MySQL).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Support the development of financial strategies, including payroll, budget, and cost management.
• Contribute to process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
