Job summary

ABB in Argentina is seeking a Tooling Planner/Supervisor to support the Tooling team. You will conduct activities according to agreed maintenance guidelines and increase the overall efficiency of the equipment and production line.

The work model for the role is onsite. You will be mainly accountable for sorting tools, performing routine activities, picking components from stock, and sharpening tooling with machining equipment, with overtime as needed to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software: Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of inventory accuracy and cycle counting.
• Ability to research/resolve problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Sort and arrange tools for storage per guidelines.
• Execute routine activities per established procedures.
• Pick components from stock for dispatch.
• Sharpen tooling as needed using machining equipment.
