Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2 years sourcing-related experience.
• High School Diploma + 5 years logistics planning and execution experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need processing.
• Track shipments to customers/Field Service Reps for repairs and tool returns for calibration.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure kit quantities and tools are adequate.
• Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration.
• Add new tools to the database when purchased.
• Coordinate and package supplies needed by outages.
• Monitor kits before shipping to ensure calibration certificates are enclosed.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors to restock parts and inventory.
• Maintain warranty records and arrange replacements when covered.
• Coordinate shipping of parts with Service Managers for on-time delivery.
• Perform visual inspections of kits and replace parts as necessary.
• Follow Field Service Tooling procedures to ensure compliance.
• Submit billing reports.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping to meet EHS standards.
• Meet or exceed customer delivery dates as per work orders.
• Travel may be required.
• Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
