Greif is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader for our Argentina plant to oversee maintenance strategy and ensure reliable operation of production equipment. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans while aligning with Safety, Quality and Opex standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field.
• Experience leading maintenance in industrial plants.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical and productive equipment maintenance.
• Experience implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Ability to work with performance and reliability indicators (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, UPDT).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Leadership, coaching and team development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the plant's maintenance strategy and ensure stable, reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance plans for production lines and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal sectors to meet Safety, Quality and Opex standards.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive actions to reduce failures and downtime.
• Lead root-cause analysis for critical failures and promote sustainable, non-recurrent solutions.
• Manage maintenance tools and software for failure analysis, trend reporting, and reliability improvements.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritizing high-impact interventions for operations.
• Define and manage spare parts strategy to avoid outages.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, promoting a high-performance, safe work culture.
• Participate in annual budget planning and monitoring for the area.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Health regulations, ISO and OSHA guidelines.
