Job summary
A leading IT company in the UAE is seeking a skilled NOC Application Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of mission-critical applications. You will monitor application alerts, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams. The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience and a Dynatrace certification. This is a full-time, on-site position in a 24/7 operations environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Application Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of mission‑critical applications in a fast‑paced IT operations environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless service delivery and minimizing downtime for enterprise‑level systems.
As a NOC Application Engineer at eMinds, you will join a dynamic IT Operations team responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production application environments. You will work with cutting‑edge tools like Dynatrace and ServiceNow, ensuring proactive incident management and root cause analysis. This position offers exposure to large‑scale enterprise systems, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and opportunities to enhance your technical expertise in digital services and cybersecurity frameworks.
