We are looking for a creative and versatile GraphicDesigner to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketingmanager, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designinginternal communications, social media posts, F&B menus and leaflets, aswell as adapting branding materials across various platforms. A bilingualcreative thinker and communicator with a growth mindset, passion for design andinnovation, and mastery of digital design tools are all great assets to put onthe table.
Duties & Responsibilities: |
KeyResponsibilities:
·Design engaging and visually consistent internalcommunication materials such as newsletters, presentations, and employeecampaigns.
·Create social media visuals (static, animated,and short-form video) optimized for various platforms including Instagram,LinkedIn, and Facebook.
·Develop and design F&B materials includingmenus, promotional flyers, table cards, and seasonal campaign creatives.
·Adapt branding across various touchpoints,ensuring visual consistency while meeting platform-specific requirements.
·Collaborate with marketing and communicationsteams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with companygoals.
·Produce simple animations and motion graphicsfor digital use (stories, reels, ads).
·Manage multiple design projects simultaneously,ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
·Stay updated on the latest design trends andtools to keep our brand visuals fresh and innovative.
Qualificationsand Skills:
·Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic designwith a strong portfolio showcasing work in internal communications, socialmedia, and F&B design.
·Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especiallyIllustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (or equivalent tools like Canva Pro,Figma).
·Experience in creating and editing short-formanimations and motion graphics is a plus.
·Strong understanding of branding, layout, andtypography.
·Ability to work independently and as part of ateam in a fast-paced environment.
·Excellent time management, organizational, andcommunication skills.
Bonus Points
·Experience in hospitality, food & beverage,or corporate communications.
·Photography and video editing skills.
·Marketing Agency experience is an added benefit
